Survey is flawed.
If respondent checks he is not interested in a sail, all the details after that are moot, and should not be answered.
All the questions relating to how much respondent would pay for various features assume that respondent would pay a premium for them. First choice should always be "zero"
Agree with this opinion regarding costs. For instance, I might not be willing to pay any premium for recycled material sails, but the least choice was $15. It depends entirely on what the materials and process involved were. In many cases, the recycled materials do not hold up to UV exposure as well as "virgin" materials. Recycled material sails might be worth LESS than "virgin" material made.
Also, if the surveys starts out with a null opinion, there is no way to send that null opinion through without answering a bunch of questions which don't apply to the respondant.
